About Me

I'm a first generation Italian American who has travelled extensively throughout Italy. My father was born in Fano on the Adriatic Coast (in the Marche region). My aunts, uncles and first cousins all live there. My mother's family hails from the Dolomites - the Italian section of the Alps. Specifically, from a wonderfully picturesque town called Forno Di Zoldo.
I've been fortunate to travel extensively throughout Italy - Venice, Rome, Florence, the Italian Lake Region, the CinqueTerre, the Amalfi Coast, Maremma, Abruzzo and Tuscany. In this blog, I hope to bring you some of my insider's tips from my travels and knowledge of the country. Buon Viaggio! Patrizia
